Meet Dr. Brightharp-Walker

Dr. Myrtis Brightharp-Walker currently serves as Felton’s part-time Business Manager.  Her career spans as an educator for 40+ years.  Her initial 12 years were spent in the early classrooms as a teacher and 35 years as an administrator ( Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, Principal Leader, Principal Specialist, Director of Federal Programs, Adult Education Director, Principal, and adjunct professor). Her most recent position prior to Felton was as Founder and Principal of Bettis Preparatory Leadership Academy (Elementary-Middle Charter School). Her hobbies include planning events and traveling.
