*Kindergarten students MUST be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2024.*
Please remember space is limited in each grade level, please submit your application and all required documents as early as possible.
The following items are required and should be uploaded in the Document Upload section of the application or mail documents to PO Box 2349, Orangeburg, SC 29116

• Updated Immunization Record
• 1 Proof of address (utility, cable, or tax bill)
• Current Report Card
• Discipline Record
• Attendance Record
• Court Documents: Proof of Guardianship, Affidavit, Divorce Decree, DSS Placement Papers, Foster Care, Etc. (if applicable)
