Meet Mrs. Myers
I am Mrs. Karen Myers. I am beginning my fourth year of teaching sixth through eighth Middle School Science at Felton Laboratory Charter School. Previous experiences include teaching Middle and High School Sciences at Orangeburg Christian Academy in Orangeburg, SC, High School Sciences at Hahnville High School in Boutte, LA, and at Destrehan High School in Destrehan, LA. In 2017-2018, we had our Science Fair initiatives at Felton and look forward to having a Science Fair this school term. I am committed to assisting in STEAM Day and STEAM Night at Felton. I have previously volunteered to serve with the School Safety Committee and Beta Club and am available to serve in such capacity this term. There’s quite a bit more experiences that I am proud to recall but teaching science principles and applications in the classroom succeed them all.
